Luttie Reed (Harper)
Feb. 15, 1910-June 1, 2001

Luttie Reed, age 91, of Elsie, died Friday, June 1, at the Highlands Regional 
Medical Center in Prestonsburg, following a long illness.

She was born February 15, 1910, in Magoffin County, the daughter of the late 
John Crockett and Evelinde Amyx Harper.

She was a former Postmistress and a member of the Emanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include, two Sons, James L. Reed, of Salyersville and Kash M. Reed, 
of Morehead; one daughter, Evailee Hampton, of Salyersville; seven grandchildren, 
three great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 3, at the Salyersville 
Funeral Home with Mark Campbell and Matthew GulIion officiating.

Burial followed in the Harper Yamily Cemetery in Edna with the Magoffin County 
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
