Hall Medical Center, Paintsville. Born Oct. 15, 1921, in Magoffin County, she was a daughter of the late Isaac and Leona Bell Howard. She was a homemaker and a member of the Penecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Sam Isaac; second husband, Charles Helton; third husband, Chester Tolle; a son, Edward Charles Helton; three brothers, Isaac Howard, Hershel Howard and Cleo Manns; and two sisters, Josephine Howard and Reevonie Howard. Survivors include two sons, Ervin “Tootie” Isaac and Cleetis Helton, both of Lick Creek; a daughter, Charlotte Howard of Lick Creek; two brothers, Okie Howard and Audie Joe Howard, both of Lick Creek; a sister, Opal Howard of Lick Creek; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today, Saturday, Oct. 25, at Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Howard Cemetery, Lick Creek, under direction of Magoffin County Funeral Home. Visitation will be today, Friday, Oct. 24, at Magoffin County Funeral Home, Salyersville.
