1938 - 2006

James D. WALLEN, age 68, of Franklin passed away Sunday 
December 3, 2006 at Sycamore Hospital. A native of Salyersville, 
(Magoffin County), KY,  he was the son of Karl and Solina (Cole) Wallen. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a granddaughter. 

Jim is survived by his wife of 47 years Nadine (Prater), a son Steve Cornett 
of Middletown, two daughters Willa (John) Cox of Franklin and Debbie 
(William) Ramey of Nevada, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, 
a brother George Puckett of Franklin and a sister Zona Mae Franks of 
Washington. 

Funeral services will be Thursday 2:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral 
Home 40 N. Main St. Springboro. Visitation will be Wednesday 5 - 8 pm 
at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to the family at
 www.andersonfuneralhomes.com. Burial will be in Woodhill cemetery.
