Date of birth 1-1-1925 born at Slate Branch,Stevenson,Breathitt Co.,Ky.
(it was given out by her Son Inlaw, that she was born at Quicksand,Ky.in my 
Mother's own Ancestral Chart she put the above)she was a resident, of 
Sandy Hook,Elliott Co.,Ky this is from the U.S.Social Security Death
Index. (she died in Morristown Life Care Center,of Morristown,Tn.She was there 
from 6-20-2006 to 9-29-2006)Mildred, was the daughter of the late Ambrose and 
Lona (Caudill)Mullins
 Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Wireman Heath of Morristown,Tn.
Vernice Wireman of Sandy Hook,Ky.two brothers Herbert and Hubert Mullins of 
Royalton,Magoffin Co.,Ky.,two sisters Grace Joseph of Royalton,Ky.
Pauline Adams of Leslie,Mi.two Grandchildren;and one Great Grandchild.
  In addition to her parents her husband Samuel Ray Wireman two sons
Philip Wireman (twin) and Samuel Ray Wireman Jr.three daughters 
Phylis Wireman (twin)Drusilla Wireman,and Sally Ann Wireman.
 Funeral Services were conducted October 1,2006 from the
Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel.burial followed at the
G.V.Joseph Cemetery in Salyerville,Ky.(on Mason Creek )on october 1,2006
