Death of R. N. Wathen. - R. N. Wathen, father of E. C. Wathen and father-in-
law of Dr. Sidney V. Vega, both of this city, died suddenly at his home in 
Lebanon, Ky., on the 12th inst. Deceased was prominent and active in the 
business affairs of his home city and state, and was widely known and 
respected by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife and three grown sons 
and four daughters, E. C. Wathen and Dr. Vega were present at the funeral, 
which was attended by a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends.
