KY Book 1 Pg.#177 I, William Davis, of Davella, Ky., being of sound mind and fully realiziing the certainty of life and being desirous of disposiing of my property in my life time do hereby make this and the following, as my last Will and Testament. 1. I bequeath and devise to my wife Angeline Davis all of my personal property of every kind and description if there be any left after all my debts and funeral expenses are paid. 2. I bequeath and devise to my wife Angeline Davis, all the land I now own on the Long Gork of Davis branch, a tributary of Middle Fork of Rockcastle creek, in Martin County, Kentucky, same to be subject to my debts, in the event that my personal property is not sufficicient to pay all my debts. 3. I bequeath and devise to my two daughters Ada Davis Preece and Virgie Davis Mills all the land in my home place, where I now live, on the Middle fork of Rockcastle Creek in Martin County, Kentucky. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, same with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, and their heirs, assigns and successors, forever.
