KY. being lawful age and of sound mind and memory and desirous of disposing of my earthly estate do make and publish this as my last will and Testament in manner as follows (1) I will that all my just debts be paid (2) It is my will that I be given a decent burial (3) I will and bequeath to my Sister Arminta Cornett and her son George Cornett all the rest and residue of my property both real and personal which I have or might have at the time of my death of whatsoever kind or character or wherever located including all interest in lands that I now own or may own at the date of my death together with all money accounts notes & mortgages or other debts due me at the date of my death (4) It is my will that Said Arminta Cornett and Said George Cornett Shall Share equal in my Said property (5) I hereby appoint my said Sister Arminta Cornett as the executrix of this my will who may act without bond in witness where of I have hereunto Subscribed my name in the presence of these witnesses this 12th day of May 1925 John Delong witness R.G.
