                         Last Will Of Lucretia Goble
                         Davella, P.) Martin County, KY
                              May 23rd, 1922.

I, Lucretia Goble of above address being of sound mind and memory and
reallizing the uncertainty of life and the certainity of death and being
desirous of disposing of my earthly estate do here-by publish and declare this
to be my last will and Testament in manner as follows, to-wit;

1 I will and bequeath to my husband Martin Goble Ten Dollars.
2 I will and bequeath to my children all the rest and residue of all the
property both real and personal that I might be possessed at the time of my
death.
3 I will that all my just debts be paid.
4 I will that I be given a decent burial.
5 One of my children, James Goble I have advanced $95.00 and it is to be 
considered in the divide between my children after my death that is, that this 
$95.00 must be considered and that all the heirs share equal except that James 
Goble received $95.00 less on his share.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand in the presence of these 
witnesses.

     An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of 
Lucretia Goble, Deceased, late of the County who died _____ day of _____1923, 
was produced in court and proven by the testimony of J. S. Cassady and B. W. 
Cassady, the subserbing witnesses thereto whereupon the name was extablished by 
the court to be the last will and testament of said Testater, and ordered to be 
recorded., which is accordingly hereby done.   This 10 day of July 1923.
