     I, Ted Lock Wood of Davella, Kentucky, Martin County do make and publish the
following as my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made
by me.
     Item 1-  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first
paid out of my estate.
     Item 2-  Reposing full Confidence in my beloved wife, Bell Lockwood and
knowing that the welfare of our children can be safely entrusted to her, I
give, devise and bequeath all my estate real, personal and mixed, wheresoever
situate, to my said wife, Bell Lockwood and to her heirs forever.
     Item 3-  I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife, Bell Lockwood the
executrix of my last will and testament, hereby authorizing and empowering my
said executrix to compound, compromise, settle and adjust all debts and claims
which my be presented against my estate, or which may be due to my estate, and
to sell, or at private or public sale at such prices and upon such terms of
credit or otherwise as she may deem best, the whole or any part of my real
estate or personal property, and to excute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and
other proper instruments of conveyances thereof to the purchaser or purchasers.
     Item 4-  I direct that no bond be required of my said executrix and that no
inventory or appraisal on my estate be made.

    In Re:  Ted Lockwood,  Will
     An instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and testament of
Ted Lockwood, deceased, late of this County, was produced in Court and proven by
the testamony of Charlie Cook, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto;
Whereupon the same was established by the court to be the Last Will and
testament of said testator, and ordered to be recorded, which is done.

County of Martin }Sct.
     I, Rush Cassady, Clerk of the County Court, of the County and State
     aforesaid, certify that the foregoing Instrument of Writing, a Last Will
     and testament of Ted Lockwood, was lodged in my office for record, and
     that it the foregoing and this my certificate, has been duly recorded in my said
     office.
          Witness my hand, this 13th day of May, 1935.
