Will of Charity Maynard

I, Charity Maynard, of Inez, Martin County, Kentucky being of full age and of
sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and
testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
    Item 1.  I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be first paid out of my estate.
    Item 2.  I give and bequeath to my son Moses Maynard one and one half
shares of the bank stock that I own in the Inez Deposit Bank, of Inez, Martin
County, Kentucky.
    Item 3.  I give and bequeath to my son Sam Maynard one and one half shares
of the bank stock that I own in the Inez Deposit Bank, of Inez Martin County,
Kentucky.
    Item 4.  I give and bequeath to my son George Maynard one and one half
shares of the bank stock that I own in the Inez Deposit Bank, of Inez, Martin
County, Kentucky.
    Item 5.  I give and bequeath to my son Charlie Maynard one and one half
shares of bank stock that I own in the Inez Deposit Bank, of Inez, Martin
County, Kentucky.
    Item 6.  I give and bequeath to the sons and daughters of Polly Ann Moore
my deceased daughter, the sum of one dollar to be equally divided between them.
    Item 7.  I give and bequeath to the son and daughter of Jane Maynard now
deceased the sum of one dollar to be equally divided between the two.
    Item 8.  I give and bequeath to the sons and daughter of Nancy Muncy My
deceased daughter, the sum of one dollar to be equally divided between the four
of them.
    Item 9.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Lydia Maynard the sum of one
dollar.
    Item 10.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Rebecca Stepp the sum of one
dollar.
    Item 11.  I give and bequeath to my grand children the sons and daughters
Cloa? Blankenship the sum of one dollar to be equally divided between them.
    Item 12.  I make nominate and appoint, Moses Maynard, of Crum, West
Virginia, to be the executor of this , my last will and testament, and direct,
that no bond be required of my said excutor and that no inventory or appraisal, of
my estate be made in so far as the same may be lawfully omitted.
     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at, Inez, Martin
County Kentucky this the 15th day of August 1925.

                 Martin County Court June Term June 14, 1926
     At a county court began and held in and for, the county
of Martin at the court house in the town of Eden on Monday June 14, 1926, the
regular Judge Hon. J.C. Fletcher presiding.
     An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of
Charity Maynard, deceased, was produced in open court, and the execution of
said instrument was proven in open court by the oath of W.S. Maynard who was
not one of the attesting witnesses thereto, who after being duly sworn stated
that the said Testator Charity Maynard signed sealed and delivered said
instrument to be her last will and testament in his presence and in the
presence of Charity Maynard and and Gerty Maynard whose testimony was objected
by council oposing said probation and sustained by the court.
     Whereupon it is ordered and adjudged by the court that said instrument is
the Last Will and Testament of Charity Maynard, deceased and the same is hereby
admitted to probate as a Will of real and personal property and is ordered to
be recorded which accordingly is hereby done.
