Recorded in Deed Book Misc. Book Page 130 Lots # 11-12 conveyed by Buck Creek Coal Co. to me on the 1st day of July 1925 and Recorded in Misc. Book Page 130 Lots 13-14 and 15 conveyed by T. J. Hardin admisstrator of the Estate of Floyd Moore to me on the 11 day of August 1928 and Recorded in Deed Book #28, page 378 all the mineral rights except coal conveyed to me by Ellen Blankenship and Rebecca Blankenship lying on the waters of the right hand fork of Little Rock Castle Martin Co. Ky which is a matter of Record in the county court clerks office of Inez, Martin Co., Ky also my coal rights in the estate of H.H. Preece deceased at Preece Martin Co. Ky Reference to deal in the county court clerks office at Inez Martin Co.Ky. I appoint D.B. Preece of Inez Ky my executor of this my last Will. Witness my signature this the 3 day of Jan. 1931 C. W.
