C.W. Preece the town of Kermit County of Mingo and State of West Virginia
making this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills made by
me I give devise and bequeath to Emma Prece my Wife a certain # of lots Situated
in South Kermit Martin Co.KY in Block H. # of Lots to follow as Wit # 8-9-10-11-
12-13-14 and 15 for which is a matter of record in the county courts clerks
office in Martin Co. KY Lot #8 conveyed by Buck Creek Coal Co. conveyed to me
on the 2-day of aug. 1926? Recorded in deed Book #24, Page 57 Lots # 9 and 10
conveyed by Buck Creek Coal Co. to me on the 28 day of Oct 1925. Recorded in
Deed Book Misc. Book Page 130 Lots # 11-12 conveyed by Buck Creek Coal Co. to
me on the 1st day of July 1925 and Recorded in Misc. Book Page 130 Lots 13-14
and 15 conveyed by T. J. Hardin admisstrator of the Estate of Floyd Moore to me
on the 11 day of August 1928 and Recorded in Deed Book #28, page 378 all the
mineral rights except coal conveyed to me by Ellen Blankenship and Rebecca
Blankenship lying on the waters of the right hand fork of Little Rock Castle
Martin Co. Ky which is a matter of Record in the county court clerks office of
Inez, Martin Co., Ky also my coal rights in the estate of H.H. Preece deceased
at Preece Martin Co. Ky Reference to deal in the county court clerks office at
Inez Martin Co.Ky.
I appoint D.B. Preece of Inez Ky my executor of this my last Will.
Witness my signature this the 3 day of Jan. 1931

          Signed published and declared by C.W. Preece as and for his last will
          and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request
          and in the presence of one another have hereunto subscribed our names
          as Witness this the 3 day of Jan.1931.

          This day C.W. Preece personally appeared before me a notory Public in
          my said county of Mingo and State of W. VA and acknowledged the same
          to be his free act and deed theis the 3d day of Jan.1931.

                  On this 4th day of June an instrument of writing purporting
to be the Last Will and Testament of C. W. Preece, late of Martin County and
offered for probate, which was duly proven by the testimony of C.C. Preece one
of the subscribing witnesses thereto and the court being so advised it is
ordered that said Instrument be admitted to record as the Last Will and
Testament of C.W. Preece, deceased in a book kept for that purpose in the
clerk's office of Martin County Court which, accordingly is hereby done.
     This 4th day of June 1931
