Will: Setser, Vicy 1922-Martin Co., KY Book 1 Pg# 201 Will- - Vicy Setser I Vicy Setser of Martin County and State of Kentucky being of full age and sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills hertofore made by me: First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as is practical after my decease. Second: I give, bequeath and devise to my grand-children, Everett Setser, Granville Setser, Virgil Setser, and Pearlie Setser, children of Roland Setser my one-half undivided interest in the farm that was conveyed to Alfred Setser and Vicy Setser on the Middle Fork of Rockcastle Creek. They to own and hold said undivided interest in said farm jointly. Third: I give, will and bequeath my Interest in the other one-half of said farm to Maggie Goble, Granville Setser, Emma Cassady to be held by them jointly. Fourth: I give, will and bequeath to my granddaughter, Pearlie Setser, one brass bed, springs and sufficient bedding for same. I also give to the same party my cook stove. Fifth: I give, will and bequeath the remainder of my house-hold and kitchen effects to my children them living to be divided by them equally, after my death. Sixth: I direct that my Administrator shall sell and dispose of such horses, mules or cows as I may be the owner of at the time of my death and to divide the proceeds equally among my living children, if living, and if not, among the children of my children that are now living. I request that the the court require no inventory of my estate to be filed or that no appraisors be appointed to appraise said estate. I have here to fore made advancements to my other children sufficient to cover their entire portion of my estate, and for that reason I make no provisions for them in this will. McCoy, the other subscribing witness thereto; Whereupon the same was established by the court to be the last will and testament of said Testator both asto Real and Personal property, and ordered the same to be recorded in the Will Records of the Clerks office of Martin County Court which is accordingly hereby done.
