KY BOOK 1 Pg#192 STATE OF KENTUCKY MARTIN COUNTY February, 24 1923, I, John Small being in poor health but of sound mind do hereby make this my last will and testament. First after all funeral expenses are paid; all just and honest debts are settled, last all property both personal and real estate to be equally divided between my three daughters, Golda Small Wolf, Gladys Small, and Sarah Small, whereas, I myself being indebted to Gladys Small one of the above named heirs in the full and just sum of One Hundred & Fifty dollars, ($150.00) Therefore it is my request that Golda Small Wolf and Sarah Small Pay said amount ($150.00) ($75.00) each their part of the real estate stand good for said Amount with interest to start at my death, This February 24th 1923, John Small, WITNESSES: Bert Farley Boy Small AN INSTRUMENT OF WRITING, Purporting to be the last will and testament of John Small, Deceased, late of this country was produced in Court and proven by the testimony of Bert Farley, one of the subscribing witnesses there to, where upon the same was established by the Court to be the last will and testament of said testator as will of both real and personal property and ordered to be recorded, which accordingly is done.
