Will: Williamson, James 1893 Martin County, KY Will Book 1 Page 176 I, James Williamson of the town of Eden in the county of Martin and state of Kentucky, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make my last will and Testament in manner and form following (to wit) FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath unto my two daughters Pricy Ward and Mary Williamson 121 acres of land situated in the county of Martin & state of Kentucky, on the Trace fork of Rockcastle creek and adjoining the lands of Samuel Bowen on the South, S.M. Barrett on the North West. I further direct that the above 121 acres of land be divided equally between my above named daughters. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah C. Williamson one town lot in the town of Eden with house and all the improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, which real estate is recorded in my name in Martin County during her natural life. It is also my will and desire that at the death of my wife Sarah C. Williamson, that the above described town lot and improvements shall decend to my lawful heirs exclusive of Mary Williamson and Pricey Ward, to wit: Maranda Fanin, Clay Williamson, Chapman Williamson and Ammie Williamson. In witness whereof I James Williamson to this my Last Will and Testament have hereunto set my hand a seal, this the 16th day of December 1893. James Williamson. J.J. Mc Coy County Judge Presiding, the foregoing "Last Will and Testament of James Williamson, Deceased, was produced by Peter B. Mc Coy, filed in open court, and was proven by the oath of Peter B. Mc Coy and John Miller the attesting witnesses to be the act and deed of said James Williamson, Deceased:that the same was offered and probated as and for the last Will and testament of said James Williamson, as the same appears of record on Order Book No 3? at page 555 of this office, which was so ordered and adjudged by the court above stated, as the last Will and Testament of said James Williamson, Deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded, which accordingly is now hereby done.
