MR.  Spriggs.
 Donald L. Spriggs, 65, of Nevada, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 29,1994, at
home.
Born November 1, 1929, in Con­cord, a son of the late Cecil  Spriggs and  Elsie
Irwin Spriggs, he attended school in Vanceburg and atended  Sharon Christian
Church near Bucyrus, Ohio. He was a foreman at Mills Metal Company in Upper
Sandusky, Ohio, having retired in 1993.
Surviving are his wife, Nellie Clark Spriggs, whom he married August 27, 1949;
three sons, George Spriggs of Nevada, Norman "Gene" Spriggs of Myra, and
Michael Spriggs of Upper Sandusky; a daughter, Nella Whitt of Nevada; a
brother, Jimmy Spriggs of Lexington; seven sisters, Helen Lam­hert of Bucyrus,
Barbara Biddle of  Galion, Jane Walters of  Garrison,  Alene Williams of
Vincennes, Indi­ana, Thelma DeWalt of  Covington, Ethel Rushman of Kentucky and
Wilma Cope of Amarillo, Texas; six grandchildren; and two great-grand-children.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Sue Spriggs; three brothers;
and two sisters.
Services were held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 2,1994, at Munzˇ Pirnstill
Funeral Home in Bucyrus. Rev. Al Horsley officiated. with burial in Nevada
Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Hospice through the funeral home.
