First my will and desire is that all my just debts be first paid. Secondly I give to my son Benjamin Lee one negroe woman named Dinah and one negroe boy Charles and one negroe girl named Mary and one negroe man named Arch to him and his heirs forever. Item. I give to my son Willis D. Lee one negroe man named Amos and one negroe girl named Mariah to him and his heirs forever. Item. I give to my son Edward L. Lee one negroe woman named Hannah and one negroe boy named Gerard to him and his heirs forever. Item. I give to the children of my daughter Sally Parker deceased that is to Charlotte Parker, Elisa Parker, Orlando Parker, Sally Parker to be equally divided amongst them one negroe woman Delpha and one negroe girl Kerilla and one negroe boy Winston to them and their heirs forever. Item. I give to my daughter Susan Reid one negroe girl Charlotte and one negroe boy Dudley to her during her natural life and at her death Joseph Reid her husband shall have his choice of one of them long as he may livebut if she shall have issue to them forever but if no issue in that case the said Reid shall not move neether of them out of this state and at his death they or them shall revert back to my estate and be divided between my surviving heirs. Item. I give to my son John M. Lee the Just sum of ten dollars to him and his heirs forever. And lastly I leave my land whereon I now live be the same more or less to be equally divided between Willis D. Lee and Edward L. Lee and Susan Reid and the children of Sally Parker deceased so that each one shall have according to quantity and quality that is to say Sally Parkers four children one lot the rest of my property of every kind shall be sold and equally divided between all my heirs that is to say Benjamin Willis, Edward, Susan and the four children of Sally Parker deceased. Lastly I constitute and appoint my sons Benjamin Lee, Willis D. Lee, Edward L. Lee, Executors to this my last will and testament in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of March 1822. Attest Marshall Key Clerk Mason County Sch February Court 1824 The last will and testament of Stephen Lee deceased was further proved by the oath of George Spurrier a witness thereto and ordered to be recorded. Sworn to by Benjamin Lee one of the Executors therein named who gave bond with Willis D. Lee, Edward L. Lee and Peter Lashbrooke his securities in the penalty of four thousand dollars conditioned as the law requires and upon his motion it is ordered that a probat be granted him in due form. Willis D. Lee and Edward L. Lee two of the Executors therein names came personally into court and relinquished their right to qualify to said will. Attest Marshall Key Clerk
