I Braxton Small, Clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid do certify that this mortage from Andrew Badger to Crockitt & Trimble was on the 29th Feb. 1852 ten minutes after 1 Oclock Pm acknowledged before me in my office by the said A. Badger to be his act and deed and immediatly placed on the index for record. Whereupon then this day admitted the same together with this certificate to record in my office.
