We do not know the name of the paper it came from. She dated this article 5 Mar 1942. LOUIS WELCH DIES AT I. C. HOSPITAL Louis Welch, 65, resident of Paducah for the past 35 years, died at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday at the Illinois Central hospital. Mr. Welch, a bridge engineer for the I. C. railroad, resided with his daughter, Mrs. James A. Britt, 3218 Jefferson street. Surviving besides Mrs. Britt are a sister, Mrs. Rosa Miller, Louisville, and three brothers, Thomas, Valley Station; Franklin, Louisville, and Henry Welch, Elizabethtown, Ky., and two grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are not complete pending the arrival of relatives.
