Viz; Principally and first of all,I give my soul into the hands of the Almighty God that gave it and my body, I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian like manner, at the descretion of my Executors, nothing doubting but at the general resurrection, I shall receive the same again by the Almighty presence of God and as touching such worldly estates wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life, I give, demise, and dispose of the same in the manner and form; First, I give unto my beloved wife, Nancy Lovelace all my real and personal estate to be fully possessed by her during her natural lifetime, before signed and to have full power to sell any property.And after her decease to be distributed in the following manner viz; I want Isaac Pnathin ? son of Eli and Cassandra Pnathin ? to have one feather bed and furniture and all my farming tools at the appraisement and be deducted out of his Fathers' estate. I also want Malinda Ann Pnathin ? daughter of Eli and Cassandra Pnathin, deceased, to have my last feather bed and furniture. Also my cupboard and the furniture that is in it (? nchantisle ?) to be taken at the appraisement to be sold and to be deducted out of her Fathers' estate. And as I have the estate of, Eli Pnathin, deceased, in my hands and have had his children, Isaac and Malinda Ann Pnathin to bring up and educate from their infancy, I shall charge the said Isaac and Malinda Ann Pnathin, the interest of their fathers estate for said Semisseces? After the above negistations? I want all my real and personal estate to be equally divided amongst all my lawful heirs and I do make and ordain Nancy Lovelace, my beloved wife my Executrix and Andrew Neiman, Andrew Lovelace, and Isaac Lovelace the sole Executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke, and every other former testament or wills or bequeaths and Executors by me in any wills before named. Willed and bequeaths notifiying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
