I first of all give and bequeath to my beloved wife Susanah Mosby all my property and affects after my just debts is paid. The land I have in Tennessee ---? I want sold for the benefit of Susanah Mosby and his children. If the said Susanah Mosby should marry then to be reduced to her thirds.
