Overstreet, all my property of every description both real and personal to hold and to have for her use as she remains my widow. At her death my will and desire is that my property shall be divided equally between my children, except Anne Iizah Collins who is to have two hundred fifty dollars less than the balance of my children. My will and desire is that My Grandson William I. Kimbel shall have his mother's propationable part of my estate. I appoint James P. Overstreet and my wife Lucinda B.
