The balance of the money to be equally divided between my three children naming them, Nedham Stanley, Mason Stanley, and Lucinda Allen 2nd, All my stock of cattle and ----? land, also all my household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils and all of which are to be divided equally between my three above named children, Nedham, Mason, and Lucinda which I give to them, their heirs, adminstraters, and assigns forever. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint John Smith, Executor of this my last will and testament .
