Submitted by: Cindy Clowe Lacy celacy @aol.com Date: August 9, 2002 **************************************************************************** Will of Ambrose Tombs This last will and testament of Ambrose Tombs of McCracken County Kentucky who being of sound and disposing mind and memory but old and infirm in body and anxious of providing for himself and his wife Sarah during their natural life a comfortable home and support and Pretilla Fiest and her husband Anthony Fiest and Finetta Tanner and her husband Elias Tanner having agreed with said Ambrose Tombs that they will during the life of said Tombs and his wife Sarah furnish each of them with a suitable and comfortable support and maintenance and a home. The said Ambrose Tombs do hereby for the consideration aforesaid give and divide to them my said two daughters and their said two husbands all my real and personal estate of every kind, quality and determination to be equally divided between them including my land in McCracken County being 240 acres of the S.W and NW quarters of Section 29 Township ____ 1 West and then ½ of NE quarter of Section 29 township C. Runge 1 East hereby revoking all former wills and testaments and I do appoint my said son in law Anthony Fiest and Elias Tanner my executors to this will.
