Trice, of sound mind and of my own free will and accord in the presence of Almighty God and these witnesses do hereby make this my last will and testimony. I bequeath or will to my wife Mary C. Trice all of my property both personal and real estate,to have and to hold the same or to sell and make such disposition of as she may think will be for the benefit of herself, my creditors and my heirs. I furthermore will that my wife be and is hereby appointed to act as executrix of my will and estate without being required by the court to give bond and security for the same. Spalding two the subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last will and testament of said decedent, which together with this certificate is done accordingly.
