And my body to this earth from whence it was taken,this my last will and testament, and for this worldly goods which God of his infinate mercy hath blessed me with I give and bequeath in manner and and form as follows: First, I give unto my loving wife all my real and personal property during her life or widowhood, for the use of raising and schooling of my children and after her death to be equally divided between my children. I do constitute and appoint James Watson and John Stovall my true and lawful Executors of this my last will and testament Given under my hand and affix my seal this twenty fifth day of January 1833 one thousand eight hundred and thirty three Samuel X Watson his mark James X Watson his mark John X Stovall his mark McCracken County Court At a County Court begins and held for this County aforesaid at the Courthouse in Paducah on this 10th day of June 1833, the within last will and testament of Samuel Watson deceased was produced to the Court by the Executors therein mentioned and proven by the oaths of, James Watson and John Stovall, subscribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded.
