Know all men by these present that I, Wilhilmenia Wolf, formerly Wilhilmenia
Schlister, of Paducah, County of McCracken and State of Kentucky,
being of sound, disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last
will and testament. Viz;

I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved Husband, Louis Wolf, all my
estate real and personal comming to me from my parents, Frederie Schlister 
and Dortha Schlister, deceased, of Niemburg on the Weser Kingdom Hanon ?
and from any othere source in Europe and America  

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and
declare this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witness
named below this 29th day October 1863

Signed, sealed, published, and declared by the said Wilhilmenia Wolf as and,
for her last will and testament in presence of us. Who at her request and in
her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as
witness thereto.

McCracken County

At a County Court held for the County aforesaid at the Courthouse on the
12th day of Febuary 1864, the foregoing will of Wilhilmenia  Wolf deceased
was produced in open Court and proven by the oaths of Wm. Greif, Charles
Unrath, and Charlotte Unrath and ordered to record, which together with
this certificate is done accordingly.

Given under my hand this 3rd day of May 1864
