She was followed on 19 February 1915 by A. B. Slaven. Really we should name this little cemetery the Slaven Cemetery. Just a little way West was the Slaven School and community, which was probably named for this old family. However, after these two burials, for the next three decades there was but one burial in each ten year period. These burials were Clarks and a Tucker. Finally, the Roberts, Jones, and Lewis families began to use the cemetery. When we visited someone called it the Roberts Cemetery. The last burial was Hulen E. Clark on 14 May 1985. It is a beautiful location, well maintained and the graves are decorated. It is fenced to keep out livestock that are pastured in the surrounding fields. There will be many burials here in the future. Already from 1980 to 1986, there have been 9 burials, which amount to 1/4 of all the burials in previous years.
