FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES 1950

Angel, Alvin---Was born October 5, 1908, departed this life June 
6, 1950. He was 42 years, 8 months and one day old, he was the 
son of Mr. and Mrs. Arch Angel.

He was united in marriage to Miss Ora Beatty June 11, 1929, to 
this union were one daughter Joice [Joyce] Lee. Alvin joined the 
United Baptist Church July 15, 1939 and later on was ordained 
a deacon in the church, he lived a faithful Christian life 
until God called him home.

He leaves to mourn his passing a wife, Mrs. Ora Angel, one 
daughter Joyce Lee Angel of Revelo, a father and mother, Mr. 
and Mrs. Arch Angel of Stearns, three brothers, George, Arthur, 
Roscoe, all of Stearns and a host of friends, he was loved by 
all who knew him and many were grieved to learn of his passing
but we feel our loss is his eternal gain in glory.
