OBITS FROM WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Brooks, Betty Ann--Was born July 23, 1861, died January 24, 
1960. Her age was 98 years, 6 months, 1 day.

She has left here two sons, Perry Brooks and Lewis Brooks 
both of Elk Valley; 1 daughter, Sallie Jeffers, of Jellico and
25 grandchildren and a lot of great great grandchildren and 
lots more relatives and a host of friends too. We hated to 
give her up, but she has told us she was going home some 
day that she was only waiting her call to go and that she 
was all ready to go.
