FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Chambers, Florence Douglas was born January 28, 1901, died 
March 25, 1953, age 52 years, 1 month and 25 days.

She professed a hope in Christ and joined the New Salem 
Baptist Church at an early age. She was the daughter of 
James M. and Margarette Douglas.

She leaves her aged mother; her husband, Ted Chambers; 3 
sisters; 4 brothers to mourn for her but we feel she is 
resting peacefully with Jesus and our loss is her gain.  

She was laid to rest in the Fair View Baptist Cemetery 
at Straight Fork on the 28th day of March 1953.
