Funeral services were conducted Dec 13 at 2 p.m. at Sand Hill United Baptist Church with Rev. Arthur Richmond and Rev. Donald Bryant officiating. Burial was in Higginbotham Cemetery. Born Jan. 13, 1923,in Funston, Ky., to the late Milton and Mary Ann Four Canada,he was a welder and member of Sand Hill Baptist Church. He is survived by seven children; Carl Canada, Whitley City, Donna Goans, Norwood, Ohio, Shirley Jones, Independence, Wilma Sayler, Miland,Ind., Sharon Burton, Arleen Shahjohan and Alaisa Canada, both of Tampa, Fl.; 16 grandchildren; three brothers, George Canada, Brookeville, Ind., Clifford Canada, Canadatown, Ky., Arnold Canada, Marshes Siding; two sisters, Leone Perry, and Jean Duncan, both of Rt.1 Whitley City. Preceding him in death were two brothers, Earl and Delmer Canada and a sister, Oshie Walters.
