FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Douglas, Howard was born September 10, 1909. Son of James M. 
and Margarette Douglas, died June 24, 1953 in the St. Mary's 
Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio after being injured by a 
Greyhound Bus on April 18th, 1953. Age 43 years, 9 months and 
14 days.  

He professed a hope in Christ and joined the Mount Zion Baptist 
Church in August 1947. 

He was laid to rest in the Spring Grove National Cemetery in 
Cincinnati June 26, 1953. He leaves his wife, his aged mother, 
Margaret Douglas; also 3 sisters, Ella, Ethel and Eva; 3 
brothers, J. G., T. R., L. M. Douglas.
