FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Daugherty, Emby Arlin, was born in Pine Knot, Kentucky on 
April 1, 1894 and departed this life on January 26, 1957 at 
the age of 62 years, 9 months and 25 days.

Survivors: his wife, Mattie Daugherty of Oneida; 2 sons, three
daughters, 8 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and 
friends.  

He professed faith in Christ sometime in early life and remained 
a faithful member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Oneida, 
Tenn., until his death.

Brother Daugherty was one of the most faithful members of the 
Bethlehem Church and since his passing we have greatly missed 
him.
