FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Daugherty, Thornton Estol, Sr. was born March 3, 1913; 
departed this life June 13, 1964.  

He joined the Second Otter Creek Baptist Church at the age
of 14, remaining a member there until his death.  

He married Myrtle King and to this union was born 5 children.  
Two preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his absence his 
wife, Myrtle Daugherty, two sons, Gene Roger and Thornton 
Estol, Jr.; one daughter, Willa Katheryn Daugherty; one
daughter-in-law, Linda Mounce Daugherty; two grandsons; his 
mother, Anna Daugherty; 3 sisters, 4 brothers and many other 
relatives and friends.  

His kindness will always be remembered by everyone who knew 
him.  Second Otter Creek Baptist Church.
