FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Duncan, William C. was born January 16, 1868, deceased this 
life March 8th, 1952, age 84 years, 1 month and 22 days.  

He was married to Sarah Jane Stanley 60 years ago, who 
preceded him in death 8 months ago.  

To this union were born 8 children, 2 deceased this life 
in their youth. He leaves to mourn his passing 6 children, 
Mrs. Eva D. Byrd, Mrs. James Jeffers, Louie Claborn, 
Freddie Duncan, all of Oneida, Bailey Duncan of Detroit, 
Mich., 10 grandchildren, 2 great grand children and a host 
of friends and relatives.

He joined the Pentecost Baptist Church October 19, 1930, and 
lived a faithful Christian life until death. We feel that he 
has gone to live with Jesus.
