FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Freytag, George W. was born June 26, 1874, deceased this 
life August 1, 1964, at the age of 90 years, 1 month and 
6 days.  

He was married to Lou Jennings, December 27, 1903 and to 
this union was born 8 children, 5 boys and 3 girls. 1 
daughter, Ida May, preceded him in death.  

He professed a hope in Christ and joined the Pentecost 
Baptist Church October 19, 1930, where he remained a member 
until his death.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, and sons, Arnold 
and Inmon of Knoxville, Ervin of Oneida, Bill of Medford, 
Oregon and Gene of Muncie, Indiana; daughters, Dorothy 
Sharp of Muncie, Indiana and Kelly Rosenmyer of Frenchtown, 
New Jersey; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; 
2 sisters, May Felts of Sand Gap, Kentucky and Laura Pierce 
of Kewanee, Illinois; and a host of other relatives and 
friends. We feel our loss is heaven's gain.
