Tuesday, March 14, 1961, McCreary County Record

Mrs. Nannie Hill, 87, widow of the late William G. Hill, died March 9th at her 
home at Hill Top./  The deceased was born in Wayne County, Kentucky the 
daughter of the late Dave and Polly Ann Foster. She was a member of the Turkey 
Creek Baptist Church in Wayne County./  Mrs. Hill is survived by two 
daughters. Mrs. Gertie Jones, Stearns and Mrs. Pinkie Kidd(Ross), Smithtown; 
two sons Lewis Hill, Stearns and Elmer Hill, Muncie, Ind.; and one half-
sister, Mrs. Nellie King. Whitley City./  Funeral services were held Sunday at 
Pleasant Rock Baptist Church with the Rev. R.L. Perry and the Rev. Levi Cox 
officiating. Burial was in Nancy Graves Cemetery.
