FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES
Lawson, Charlsie-24,  passed away March 26, 1966 at her home after a long
sick spell.  She professed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined the
Missionary Baptist Church and later came to the United Baptist Church of
Bull Creek where she remained a faithful member until death.  She came to
church when she couldn't walk she would sit in the car and listen to the
gospel preached.  She is survived by her husband, Howard Lawson; 2
Daughters, Darlene and Colene Lawson; 2 sons, Kenneth and Wayne Lawson, all
of Huntsville; Father, Hurstle Harness; Mother, Eva Harness; 3 sisters,
Chelsie Jeffers, Oneida, Ida Harness and Ella Ruth Harness; 2 brothers,
Remon and Roger Harness and a host of friends and relatives.  We feel our
loss is heaven's gain.
