She was married to Dilbert Mays February 29, 1924. Survivors: Husband, Dilbert Mays; 3 daughters, Mrs. Hubert Duncan, Muncie, Indiana, Mrs. Earl German, Mulberry, Florida, and Mrs. Clyde H. Posey, Vancouver, Washington; 4 sons, James, Glen, and Artist Mays all of Oneida, and Howard Mays of Muncie, Indiana; 5 sisters, Mrs. Art Sharp, Mrs. Arthur Stanley, Mrs. Glen Chitwood and Mrs. Ralph Chitwood all of Winfield, Tenn., and Mrs. Ora Mae Reed of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Two brothers, Osby Louden of Oneida and Gilbert Louden of Cincinnati, Ohio; 32 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She united with the Helenwood Baptist Church by letter from the Bethlehem Baptist Church October 5, 1957 and remained a faithful and devoted member until death. Her family, her church a great host of relatives and friends will greatly miss her but by her profession of faith in Christ, we look for the time when we shall meet again where death will come no more forever.
