Dora I. Ross, 46, of Norwood, Ohio, formerly of McCreary County, passed away 
Tuesday, December 29, 1970, at Good Samaritan Hospital after an illness of six 
weeks./  The daughter of Elihu and Marie Hickman Wilson of Hill Top, Ky., she 
was born July 21, 1924, in McCreary County. She was married November 15, 1940, 
to Fred Ross, who survives, and was a member of the Baptist Church./  Besides 
her husband, she is survived by four children, Randall Ross, Correl Ross, Mrs. 
Claudine Cook, and Mrs. Gloria Mae Cantor; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elihu 
Wilson; four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Dixon, Mrs. Lucetta Martins, Mrs. Mary 
Runion, Mrs. Sue Gibson; and two brothers, Doyle and Deroy Wilson./  Funeral 
services were held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 2, at the Hill Top Baptist 
Church with Rev. John L. Troxell officiating./  Burial was in Green Hill 
Cemetery with Hickman Funeral Home in charge.
