He was married to Mary Garrett May 25, 1912 and to this happy union were born 7 children - 3 sons and 4 daughters. His companion and one daughter having preceded him in death. He professed a hope in Christ and united with the Fellowship Baptist Church July 14, 1914. Having moved his letter when he moved away to far to attend this church. Then in 1957 he settled back neat this church and brought his letter back and remained a faithful member until death. He leaves to mourn his departure 3 sons, Clifton Range of Indianapolis, Indian, Clyde Range of Oneida, Tennessee and Roy Range of Rockledge, Florida; 3 daughters, Mrs. Claude Loudin of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mrs. Cordie Clouse of Cincinnati, Ohio and Mrs. Rosa Cole of Eaton, Indian; 18 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; 1 brother, Layfette Range of Armathwaite, Tenn.; 2 sisters, Mrs. Lorinda Garrett and Mrs. Vina Tompkins both of Armathwaite, Tennessee; beside a host of other relatives and many friends. He was a devoted companion, a loving father, and a true friend. He like to attend church and Sunday School. He will be greatly missed by us all, but we feel our loss is his eternal gain in heaven.
