FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES
Slaven, Lula Elizabeth---Age 16, passed away at the University Hospital in
Knoxville Monday, May 23, 1966 after an illness of fourteen months. She was
a member of the Foster Cross Roads Church. Survivors include her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Slaven of Oneida; 3 brothers, Winford and MacArthur of
Oneida and Chester of Covington, Kentucky; 1 sister, Mrs. Marie Thomas of
Oneida; Grandmothers, Mrs. Margaret Foster and Mrs. Hettie Hughes both of
Oneida. We feel our loss is her eternal gain in glory.
