FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES
Terry, Clifford---46, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 1964 at the
Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, after a lingering illness. He
was a lifelong resident of Scott County and a member of the Paint Rock
Baptist Church. Survivors: wife, Nora Phillips Terry; 2 sons, Arvil Lee
Terry, Danny Clifford Terry both of Oneida; 4 daughters, Mrs. Junior Wright,
Nancy Belle Terry, Regina Lynn Terry, Lettie Darlene Terry all of Oneida; 1
step daughter, Anna Gale Phillips of Oneida, 4 brothers, Edward Terry of
Cincinnati, James Terry and Junior Terry both of Oneida, Charlie Terry of
Cincinnati; 2 sisters, Mrs. Nancy Earlywine of Covington, Kentucky, Mrs.
Golda Shine of Atwater, California; 6 grandchildren.  Pall Bearers were
Harold Cross, Lloyd Cross, Ronald Cross and Carl Phillips. Funeral services
were conducted 1 p.m. Friday, January 24, 1964 from the Paint Rock Baptist
Church with Rev. James Jeffers and Lee Smith officiating. Interment
followed in the Cross Cemetery.
