Angeline Vanover, 90, Sawyer, Ky., died at her home Aug. 3.  Funeral
services were held Aug. 6 at 11 a.m. at McCreary County Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Leamon Ridner and Rev. Dick Taylor officiating.  Burial was in
Ross Taylor Cemetery.

She was born April 7, 1892, in Sawyer to the late Ross and Hannah Morgan
Taylor.  She had lived her all her lifetime, was a housewife and member of
Sawyer Chapel Baptist Church.  Preceding her in death were her parents; her
husband, Cornelius "Doc" Vanover; one son, Luster Vanover; four brothers and
two sisters.

Survivors include her children, Addie Worley, Whitley City, Edna Head,
Ben Vanover, and Elizabeth Sexton, all of Sawyer, Bernard O. Vanover, Royal
Oak, Mich; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; three
great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Luther Taylor, Whitefish, Mont.

McCreary County Funeral Home made arrangements.
