Tuesday, March 2, 1972, McCreary County Record

Clifford Wilson, 43, 2601 Armitage Drive, Muncie, Ind., died February 12, in 
an automobile accident on Jackson Street in Muncie./  A native of McCreary 
County, he was employed in Muncie with Broderick Boiler Company. The body was 
returned to McCreary County for burial./  The son of Mrs. Lula Ross Wilson of 
Pine Knot, and the late George Wilson, the deceased was born August 23, 1927, 
in McCreary County./  He is survived by his mother; five children, Gary, 
Donnie, Lowell, and Kathy Wilson and Joan Nobles, all living in Dayton, Ohio; 
a sister, Marilyn Dobbs, Indianapolis, Ind.; four brothers, Carroll Denton 
Wilson, Williamsport, Ind., Carl Wilson, Attica, Ind., Edward Wilson, 
Indianapolis, Ind., and Cleo Wilson, Pine Knot. a sister, Mildred, and a 
brother Clyde, preceded him in death./  Funeral services were held Wednesday 
at 11 a.m. in the Pine Knot United Baptist Church with Rev. Wheeler Blevins 
and Rev. Bud Perry officiating. Burial was in the Ross Grove Cemetery. Hickman 
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
