Additional Comments:
Emaline Lucy Philpott was born to Samuel Philpott and Mary Elizabeth Parr in 
Kentucky, on 18 March 1842.  She married Levi Stiff, son of Nathaniel Stiff and 
Elizabeth Ann Robertson, on 30 December 1858 in Meade County, Kentucky.  The 
pair migrated to Vernon County, Missouri by 1880, and to Montana thereafter 
(perhaps by 1891).  They had 7 children.
