WILL OF WILLIAM L. BEAVERS - 1824 - MEADE CO. KY In the name of God amen, I William L. Beavers of Mead County being sick in body but of Sound mind and memory do make an ordain this my last Will and Testament as touching my estate wherein it has pleased God to bestow on me I wish my will and desire is that all my just debts be paid. Item - My will and desire is that my Land that I hold as purchased of Thomas McCarty and twenty four acres of John Crook Containing Seventy four acres be advertised and sold for the express purpose of paying my debts. Item - My will and desire is that the ballance of my estate be Kept together both real and personal for the support of my Loving wife Kitty and all my little children. Item - It is my desire that my Executors see that when each child comes of age or marries that they have as much as I have given to those that has married and left me so that at my wife's death if any child has not received in proportion it shall then be made up. The ballance of my estate to be equally divided between all my children both real and personal. Lastly revoking all former wills made, I appoint my living wife Kitty and my son Charles Executrix and Executor to this my last will and testament. Further more I pray my children help your loving mother to fix the new place so that she may live comfortable to raise your little Brothers & Sisters. Remember your Father has raised you.
