Mt Sterling Advocate
Mrs. Rannie Clem, 78, Lexington, widow of Vernon Clem, died Saturday at her 
home.
 
A native of Magoffin County, she was a daughter of the late Issac and Josie 
Gullett Kilgore.
 
Surviving are four sons, John, Clyde and Sim Hughes Jr., all of Lexington, and 
Bill Hughes, Ransom; a sister, Mrs. Cecilia Risner, Hope; three step 
daughters, Mrs. Oma Wilson and Mrs. Myrtle Delkin, Lexington; and Mrs. Mary 
Hoover, Illinois; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
 
Services were conducted by Rev. Larry Williams Tuesday afternoon at the Wills 
Church at Means. Burial was in the Honn Cemetery at Means.
 
Additional Comments:
The correct spelling of her name was Ranie. Her husbands name was actually 
Vernal, not Vernon.
