Robert Coleman: He is not physically able to attend court..he was born in 
Spotsylvania Co., Va. lived there at the time of the ARW..served in Capt. Frank 
Coleman's company. I lived in Va. until 1800 when I removed to Mercer Co., Ky 
where I have lived ever since

Catherine Robertson: She was married to Robert Coleman at her father's residence 
in Bottetourt Co., Va. Feb 1774 by Parson Smith,an Englishman, who had charge of 
the Glebe of Bottetourt Co. Her husband's service was after they married. Her 
husband died in Mercer Co., Ky 9 Jan 1834. Her maiden name was Catherine 
Robertson..There marriage was by banns published 3 times.

Affiant 1: Sarah Alexander
Sarah Alexander: is acquainted with Catherine Robert Coleman he died 7 Jan 1834 
(sic), she is the daughter of Robert E. Coleman dec'd. Wit to her affidavit was 
James Alexander

Affiant 2: Robert Alexander
Robert Alexander: 19 Dec 1836..states he was aquained with Robert Coleman for 25 
years is aquainted with James Coleman, their eldest son who must be somewhere 
about 60 years old.

Affiant 3: William Armstrong
William Armstrong: 10 Feb 1837..aged 72..was well aquainted with Catherine 
Robinson (sic) Robert Coleman for more than 60 years..was present at their 
marriage in Botetourt Co., Va. They married in Feb 1775 he was about 12 or 13 
years old. He says Catherine Coleman is a member of the Presbyterian Church

Affiant 4: Israel Robertson
Israel Robertson: Also spelled Robinson (sic). 10 Feb 1837..he is 65 years of 
age said Catherine Coleman is his aunt..he has been aquainted with them since he 
was old enough to know any one. Robet Coleman died Jan 1834.
