Ap. Date: 04 Dec 1830 FALLIS, ISAAC: I was only a few months over 13 years old when I enlisted in the 5th Pa Regiment Spouse: Elizabeth Campbell Sp. Age: 85 Sp. Ap. Date: Sept 1852 Elizabeth Campbell: She is a resident of Mercer Co., Ky. They were married in Mercer Co on 23 Aug 1786 he died 11 Nov 1851..married by Rev. James Smith Affiant 1: Robert Humble Robert Humble: Testifies in Mercer Co., on 11 May 1842, aged 78..I will remember the Boy in the 5th Pa Regiment in the year 1788.. a small, active most remarkable boy by the name of Isaac Fallis. I well recollect of his being badly burned with powder a soldier by the name of James Hammond threw a stone at him cut his arm very much, very near the elbow, the scar of which is still visable. I have not seen said Fallis for many years Affiant 2: Robert B. McAfee Robert B. McAfee: Have known Isaac Fallis for nearly 40 years. Affiant 3: Joseph Humphries Joseph Humphries: States on 8-7-1830..a resident of Harrison Co., Ky..we served together in the 5th Pa. regiment. Affiant 4: J.P. Fallis J. P. Fallis: Sept 1852..States he is the grandson of Isaac Elizabeth Fallis. They have made his home their ome for 10 years. Isaac Died 26 Nov 1851. He is 30 years old.
